WHO WE ARE

Kyle White, Co-Founder, Acquisitions: Prior to founding WhiteRock, Kyle served as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate for Bridge Investment Group, a $20bn Real Estate Private Equity company based in Salt Lake City, where he underwrote and helped close over $1 billion in multi-family, retail, and office deals. Previously, Kyle was a research analyst at Hedge Fund Point72 in New York City on a three-person team managing $750mm in capital. Before Point72, Kyle was an Investment Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch covering real estate, gaming, and leisure companies and worked on the IPOs of Empire State Realty Trust, Hilton, RE/MAX, amongst others. Kyle holds a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with honors.

Keith White, Co-Founder, Asset Management: Keith brings 30+ years of operational and executive level experience to the team. Areas of expertise include corporate facility management, negotiation and management of contract services, strategic sourcing, and corporate strategy. Keith focuses on WhiteRock full time with an emphasis on asset management. He is motivated by bringing residential assets “back to life” and has done this through multi-family condo conversions, single family buy and hold, and heavy value-add multi-family stabilizations. Keith holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from SUNY Maritime College and an MBA from Rider University.

Prior to joining WhiteRock, CJ was Vice President of Asset Management for GMF Capital, a $4bn+ Real Estate Private Equity firm. In addition to Asset Management, CJ assisted in acquisitions, investor relations, & portfolio management. Prior to GMF, CJ spent six years as an Investment Banker at JP Morgan, with a focus on Technology companies. CJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
